Tasks must be completed in the following order: 1) Set up 2x Sonos Era 100 on Wi-Fi - Currently only working via Ethernet dongle. - Factory reset attempted; setup fails with “couldn’t be set up” error. - Likely a network issue (band steering or mesh conflict). - Your task: Set up both units on Wi-Fi (no dongle), and assign static IPs via the router. - Must appear reliably in the Sonos app. 2) Remove existing wall-mounted Sonos speaker(s) - Safe, tidy removal. Brackets can be discarded or handed over. 3) Install 1x Sonos Era 100 in reception area - Use provided official bracket. - Must identify wall type onsite and bring tools for either gyprock or brick. - Bracket location already chosen. 4) Set up 2nd Sonos Era 100 at the end of hallway - Simple placement – no mounting required. - Must connect to same Sonos Wi-Fi system and appear in app. 5) Transport 2x old Sonos speakers to Campsie - Use own vehicle(include travel cost in quote). - Address provided after booking. 6) Reconnect the 2x old Sonos speakers at Campsie - Test and confirm they appear in the app. - Floor-standing only – no mounting, as directed by onsite manager. I am trying to connect a sonos soundbar to my TV. I am also having issues with the aerial & can't get normal channels to the TV. I think some cables are damaged which is going to require the TV to be taken off the wall so new cables can be fed through the wall behind the TV.

I have an existing Sonos setup which is working perfectly, however trying to register a new speaker (Move 2) and (according to Sonos) my Orbi RBR760 router is blocking the speaker being registered. Must know how to connect existing system and tidy up and make sure everything is working and connected properly. Including tidying up cables etc and simplifying to make everything work from one universal remote.
