Samsung model LA40B530P7F TV will turn on sometimes but will not stay on. Once i can get it on the screen turns off within a couple minutes but there is still sound coming from it

I have a dish, a wire coming to my unit, but i think the plug has been changed to nbn by the previous tenant.

I’ve just moved into my new house and the Removalists packed the tvs and disconnected the wiring. One Tv has a stand the other was hooked to the ceiling - I would like that tv hooked to the ceiling again it may need someone with imagination it may be straight forward I don’t know I don’t have the ceiling stand so you would need to either have them in stock or go to Bunnings as I don’t know what to get obviously I’ll pay extra for parts etc In my last place an Airtasker did all the above …..
