Double storey weatherboard home in Glen Iris with a roof-mounted TV antenna. We have recently moved in. Two issues: - Downstairs wall socket gets no signal at all. Nothing tunes in. - Upstairs wall socket does get signal, but some stations come through and others don't tune in at all. I don't know what's behind either problem, so I'm after someone who can investigate and tell me what's actually going on before doing the work. Happy to be guided on the right fix. The issue is that neither TV has been properly pushed back onto the wall to sit completely flush, as they are designed to. I need someone who has actual experience installing these types of slim/flush-mount TVs to adjust the brackets/mounting points and make sure both TVs sit flat and flush against the wall. The walls are straight, timber-stud plasterboard walls in a new house, so the issue appears to be with the final mounting/fitment rather than the wall itself.
