LG inverter V AC the ac is on but it did not work

We have a split air conditioning unit which we need installing - Hyundai HYSSSAC21TA. The install position (photograph 2) is literally the other side of our fuse box (photograph 1), so no need to run any cables (or at least a very small length). We will obviously need someone who is a licenced air conditioner installer and also someone who is electrically certified. The wall is double brick. The inside of the fusebox is shown in photograph 3.
