Air conditioner repair for 2 units teco brand 1x unit in lounge room: checked the air conditioner and it seems that the issue is not with the remote or the indoor unit. The indoor unit briefly powers on but then shuts down immediately. Inspected the outdoor isolator box and noticed that it appears to be disconnected / missing the fuse or connection. Second unit appears to need regassing, does turn on and functions. Thank you

The install position (photograph 2) is literally the other side of our fuse box (photograph 1), so no need to run any cables (or at least a very small length). We will obviously need someone who is a licenced air conditioner installer and also someone who is electrically certified. The wall is double brick.
