Ducted air-conditioned service

Our Actron Air Conditioner SRD190C-0100 fan motor requires replacing on the external ducted system. The existing fan and motor has ceased. This was recently inspected and the fan no longer physically turns. Additionally, we require a new wall controller (LM7) to be installed. The external unit is easily accessibly on the side of the house with room around the unit and the wall controller is replacing an older unit and is of the same size, just an updated version. Photos of the external unit and new parts attached. We have the new parts for both the fan kit and wall controller, accordingly, only require labour / install price only.

My Fujitsu DC inverter air conditioner interior wall unit is leaking water. Water is dripping from the plastic fins while in operation and also leaking water down the wall from the right side of the unit. I suspect that the drain line is clogged.
