3.5KW Teco split system install, cannot install back to back, compressor will need to be installed on the side of the house and the interior wall the AC unit will be mounted on is the middle front wall of the house. Needing air conditioning serviced..condenser and evap coils to be cleaned and replace filters. Having persistent issues with heating and cooling. In summer it was cooling but not like others it wasn’t cooling best and in these days even when put on hight temp its not warming well. Unusual to see this much water coming from the outside unit so will definitely need a service. Pretty set on price, have a small budget.
Did a good job at servicing air conditioning unit.
