I have a Samsung split system that i wish to replace with my current old air conditioner. Oudoor unit is on the roof which is almost directly above the indoor unit. The outdoor unit weighs 72kgs and it will need to be taken onto the roof through the bedroom window and lifted up the metal framework as this is the only access. A new isolator up top will be required. The pipes are about 2.5m in length. Need to take away the outdoor unit please. The penetration is already done and there is no ductwork needed. Will need to be done after 330pm weekdays or anytime on a weekend. Apartment is located in Rosebery. There is an elevator for you and your tools. New air conditioner is in out apartment and ready.
