Hi, I need help checking and repairing my air conditioner. There are two indoor air conditioning units in the apartment and they are connected to one outdoor condenser unit. Both air conditioners can turn on and blow air, but they are not cooling properly. It used to work normally before. The fan on My ducted air conditioning system will blow in slow mode but will not kick in to high mode, which is how it cools the room properly as it is a recording studio. I have checked the capacitor and the circuit board and they are working fine, so it is something else that I can’t diagnose. The system will eventually need to be replaced, but I am trying to get a little longer out of it as it was working perfect up until a few days ago. I think it won’t take someone very long that knows these systems to work it out.

The split AC unit at my shop works fine and was serviced recently in Dec 2025 however when in use after about 2hrs the AC front unit starts leaking/ dripping water. Seems like some blocked pipes or something.
