Need urgent repair on my Bosch heat pump dryer series 6 Model: WTR85TO0AU Turns on but doesn’t spin. Technician came yesterday and confirmed issue is the tension wheel attached to motor has broken/become loose. Technician informed only way to fix is to order new motor and replace the whole thing as the tension wheel is fixed to the motor (not detachable). Hoping to find someone who has the correct parts in stock now and can fix today. Must be skilled, experienced and know exactly what this all means- and have stock of the parts. Thanks

The complication: rear brackets can’t be accessed in position. The machines sit in a corner with a shelf overhead. Job needs to be assembled clear of the wall, then the assembled tower repositioned approx 300–400mm back. Two-person job. Levelling: washer needs to be checked and properly levelled with locknuts set before the dryer goes on. No second chance once it’s stacked. Floor is mixed tile and old vinyl, uneven and soft in places. Please bring: appliance glide pads or skates (machines are on rubber feet — they need to be shifted foot by foot, they don’t slide), spirit level, shifter, ratchet strap, and a right-angle drill attachment or stubby driver in case the rear fixings are tight. Rear clearance of at least 20mm must be maintained — heat pump dryer, has had a thermal-related repair. Suit appliance installers or removalists rather than general handyman.
