Six elevated windows have electric actuators which have problems closing. I have makers instructions on how to close using inbuilt clutch. Widow actuators are 4m above floor level and there are 6 of them. Need to remove access plate, release clutch and manually close windows

Remove Fly screen mesh and replace with new mesh. New mesh (roll) needs to be cut to size and installed on removable screens.. Black marks on screens also needs to be cleaned off before refitting. Would be amazing if someone was available early in the week. - Due date: Before Saturday, 20 May 2023

Demolition house has one window/door and one window we are buying and we want them removed and transported from Pearce to Rivett, ACT. Depending on price, might take a couple more windows too. Need some carpentry skills and the right vehicle to safely transport glazing. Bricks have been removed around both now same as the door/window pic. At least a two person job. I have 8 old windows in my house with timber frames (of varying sizes). They all need repair, some are rotting. Looking for someone to sand, seal, paint, replace frames as necessary. I’d prefer to keep the original 1967 windows rather than replace them, if possible. Happy to discuss total cost, as I have no idea of the amount of work involved

My window won't close. It seems the rubber has come out and preventing it from closing, but I can't get the window out of the window sill for some reason. I think the rubber seal just needs to be put back in.
