Small 55x55cm bathroom window won't close shut with 2mm overlap. Lower hinge appears warped (? damage from wind blowing open against bricks). Hinges are 5cm with 2 holes. Unfortunately cannot unscrew hinges

The existing bedroom glass window of our previous family home at Chatswood was snapped off by storm/heavy wind.  This window has a brown painted timber frame and hinges. Currently no-one is living at the property at this very moment. So I was wondering is it possible to ask for a free quote first with any handyman willing to visit the property to have a look at the damaged window first? I'll make the trip there for whoever is able to help us do this job at the best possible price. I unfortunately might not be able to be present for the quotation period though, sorry. So basically we need a new timber window frame, with hinges and glass in the frame, and of course help with installing this at the best possible price, the sooner the better due to the very wet weather forecasted. 2 small windows cracked in garage.

Supply and install 3x sliding internal doors plus suitable track to cover a storage void. Doors can be made of any cheap material, cupboard/melamine doors, white is fine, etc. The area at the face of the void which requires the doors is 2400Hx2650W. Concrete slab floor, gyprock box section ceiling. (Office). Unknown is there is anything above the gyprock to attach to. Old downlight hole nearby, can be checked if required. Assume the doors would run on a track mounted to floor (not hung from ceiling). The ceiling track is used to simply keep the doors standing upright. 3 separate stacking doors would suit best, where we can move all 3 doors to either end so 2/3rds of the void can be opened up for large object storage.

Requesting an experienced carpenter to install hinges for 2x existing Windows which had Friction Stay opening mechanism. You will need to install 2 x Butt Hinge 70mm on each window. I already purchased 4x butt hinges 70mm for it. You need to use your own chisel to curve the window in order to attach the butt hinges. The windows are a little tight on the frame. Therefore, you need to bring your own tools to shave the windows by a few millimeters thinner on both top & sides (probably 7mm thinner on top & the side). You may need to bring electric planer or electric cirucular saw or other similar tools in order to shave the window. Window with hinge is to be attached to the window frame and be able to open freely. I really want to make sure the windows can be opened freely without being tight even after re-painting. You don't have to provide wood filler to fill up the friction stay mechanism gaps that was left on the windows. Old friction stay mechanism has already been removed. I can pay AU$250 (including GST, including Air Tasker fees, any other fees). Thanks.
