Looking for someone to hang a floating shelf maybe need a drill , all things there to put up

1. Hang 7 medium sized pictures on unit (concrete) walls 2. Move a hanging mirror to a different spot 3. Install two Bunnings floating shelves on concrete wall 4. Install under bench bin unit. Need to bring own tools, picture hooks/screws etc Pictures are fitted with hanging wire Preferred times to complete the work: Friday morning (2 Feb) between 8 & 12pm Saturday morning (3 Feb) between 8.30 & 12.30pm - Due date: Before Sunday, 4 February 2024

Four picture ledges and 5 hexagonal shelves in bedroom and two picture ledges in kitchen. Main issue is the crumbly walls. Need the right tools otherwise the plaster crumbles away when you drill into the wall. Screws/nails need to be supplied, I don’t have any. I’ve added pictures of the shelves laid out on the floor and a close up picture of the wall showing previous unsuccessful attempt.
