Hello Just wanted to check there has been some damage to the wall in my house hallway as shown in the pic. I need a new toilet roll holder installed on a tiled wall. The existing one was awful and fell off anyway so have a new one to be installed which will require hole/s to be drilled into the tiled wall. We also have a toilet seat that has come off and needs to be reattached. I believe we have all the bits we need for this to be done (my husband has purchased new fittings) so hopefully for someone who knows what they’re doing this won’t be too difficult. The old seat is off but I just can't remove the bolt from the bottom (see photos) Pretty easy and quick job for a skilled person. New seat is ready to be replaced and comes with all of the screws etc. Very flexible with time etc. The perfect quick job on the way home etc

Hi, my toilet seat in slipping because the hinges have come out of the socket I think. I’ve tried to fix it but I think it needs some kind of adhesive that I don’t have and I didn’t want to try superglue and screw it up. There is a picture below. I need someone to fix it ASAP, thanks.
