We have X3 smaller windows with non-automated roller shutters and X1 large window with automation roller shutters to be removed and disposed of. The automated one is non-functioning. Our electrician says that there is no electrical component to automated one. Once the shutters are removed, we also need for the beading/trim that bridges the gap between the brick and roof ceiling to be replaced.
