I’m redoing my kitchen with Ikea cabinets. I need to be able to fix the mounting rail to the wall, but a large section of the plaster/render has been chipped away by the plumber when he relocated the pipes. I need someone to patch this section so I have somewhere to mount the rail and shim it as required. The plaster job doesn’t need to look pretty, but it needs to be as flat and uniform as possible. - Due date: Flexible

Boundary wall to property has render and painted exterior, developed cracks and areas where sprinklers have degraded surface, and some of the cement render has been come away, also whipper snipper damage along the base of the wall most of the length, bubbling and air pockets forming on some of the surface. The wall is 1.8 metre height, is nearly 40 metres in length and requires 25 to 35 sq metres of render repair work, There is a major crack in the wall which will require racking out patching and re rendering, (see photos), has been patched with poly fills, but requires proper fill with mortar etc.I will repaint the wall after the repair job is finished. The house itself has small hairline cracks in the render surface and will also require some attention but will be a separate job as haven’t decided whether to do a full render and paint restoration as yet. Kitchen wall requires rendering prior to installation of kitchen cabinetry. Needs to be of sufficient quality for tiling surface. Wall is 4.5m long, 3m of which is already rendered. Remaining area 1.5m per photo. May need to smooth/fill in some uneven spots on 3m surface that has already been done. Don't need area rendered where cabinetry will cover it, so really it's less than half the wall. Rendering will need to ensure it doesn't prevent electrician from finishing off powerpoints. Also will need the window sill exposed brick section done as this will also be tiled.
