Seeking a plasterer to remove a bathroom ceiling duct vent (which has fairly strong spring clips keeping it in place), and to repair plaster with appropriate materials for a wet area in preparation for painting and caulking. Painting and caulking not a requirement of this task. The plaster requiring repairs is at the edges of the ceiling (mainly superficial damage where a layer was torn during the demolition). If the plaster around the duct is damaged during removal that will also need to be repaired.

Hi there, I am the previous tenant of a commercial shop located in Gertrude Street, Fitzroy. I need someone to attend to minor plaster & paint repairs so I can get my bond back from the landlord. There are four areas that need repair- please see photos. two cornice corners, top of a column, and also the side of a cupboard needs to repaired. Repainting needs to be in specific colours ( a sample pot of each colour will be enough) Walls: Dulux "Hog Bristle Quarter" Ceiling: Dulux "natural White" The shop is currently vacant, and located on the ground floor, (Gertrude St Fitzroy). Ceiling height easily accessed with standard step ladder. Keys to property need to be picked up and returned to the real estate agent, their office is located in Church St Richmond. Extra $100 available is person is able to attend on Tuesday Afternoon & Wednesday morning to take rubbish bins to the street and collect in morning (7 in total, standard residential bins). This might coincide with plaster / paint dry times. If not don't worry= the priority is the plaster & patch.

Need plaster to be sanded to clean finish on one end and cut out and reenforce with timber behind on the other end to anchor towel bar.

We are at the end of our lease and need to patch up these holes where TV’s were mounted and a few picture frames were and re paint (blended in with the old paint). All very small holes except one where the plaster broke which measures roughly 800x300 (refer to photos) I will also take a sample of the paint to Bunnings before the weekend to get the exact colour and I’ll supply the paint.
