Seeking qualified plaster to repair extensive damage to hard plaster in living area. Affected area is approximately 50cm high along two walls indicated on floor plan in red.

There was roof leak for sometime due to a broken roof tile. The roof tile has been replaced now. However, I have attached photos of the timber beneath the roof tile and also the damp plaster. The curtain holder fell off the wall due to dampness in the wall plaster and ceiling. There is mould smell, and a dehumidifier is now being used in the past few days until the repair works are undertaken. We need to treat the mould on timber, repair the plaster and paint it on top.

There a small hole in the ceiling which was done due to a leak. It’s now need fixing.

I have a few areas around the house that need filling, scrim tape (ceiling cracks) and sanding down ready for paint. I have attached photos. You will see there were unsuccessful attempted repairs on some spots. The tasker must have some sort of dust extraction, as we don’t want particles spread too much around the house.

We are at the end of our lease and need to patch up these holes where TV’s were mounted and a few picture frames were and re paint (blended in with the old paint). All very small holes except one where the plaster broke which measures roughly 800x300 (refer to photos) I will also take a sample of the paint to Bunnings before the weekend to get the exact colour and I’ll supply the paint.
