Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair and paint a ceiling patch around a recently installed faux skylight in my stairwell. Some plasterboard has already been installed and screwed into place. The job is to tape the joints, plaster, sand smooth, prime, and paint the repaired area so it blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling. The repair is approximately 1200 × 400 mm and is located above a stair void, so suitable access equipment will be required. Please quote including all labour and materials. Photos are attached.

Repair Plaster on ceiling

A previous plasterer did a couple of repairs in the passage way that turned out not very well. I need the existing plaster cut (approx 400x400) new piece put in, bandaged, top coated and sanded to leave me with an invisible join. (As best as possible anyway)

Bathroom ceiling repair There is a rectangular opening in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak investigation. The leak has now been fixed. Approximate opening size: 120cm x 50cm. Required work: - Supply and install suitable bathroom plasterboard. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Avoid damaging existing pipework, wiring, exhaust fan and heat lamp. 2. Bathroom ceiling mould/staining There is a visible mould/staining mark on the bathroom ceiling. Required work: - Clean/treat the affected area. - Sand, prime and repaint entire ceiling 3. Gap near bathroom heat lamp There is a visible gap/hole near the bathroom heat lamp fitting. Required work: - Patch/reduce the visible opening so it can no longer be seen. 4. Three wall patch repairs There are three wall areas I previously patched myself, but the finish is rough/uneven. Required work: - Sand, prime and repaint 5. Two curtain rod repairs Two curtain rod brackets have come loose from the plaster wall. Required work: - Remove curtain rods/brackets. - Patch damaged plaster holes. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Reinstall both curtain rods securely using suitable fixings/anchors or studs where possible.
