Scope of work: • Remove existing manhole frame • Install backing/noggins as required • Patch with plasterboard • Tape, set and sand to a smooth finish • Feather properly so no visible edges under bathroom lighting Ideally looking for someone experienced in ceiling patch repairs (not general handyman work). We have a vent in the ceiling that’s fallen out. I’d like to completely remove it and plaster in the hole which is about 10cmx25cm. We have a small dint in the plaster wall in a bedroom as well. We also need some gap filler between the ceiling cornice and timber paneling wall to fill a small hole.

There are 2 sections of aesthetic damage on the house I am currently leasing that need to be repaired. Both about 10cm. 1) The structural wood beam to the right of the front door has been chipped and needs to be bogged and re-painted. We have the paint required but nothing else. 2) There is also a hole in the plaster inside my cupboard. About the size of a golf ball (see pic). I need the plasterboard patched and painted. Again I have the paint needed but nothing else. We need to get this done sometime between now and Thursday Jan 8th at the absolute latest as we have an inspection directly afterwards.
