Repair/plaster and prepare for painting 10 small-ish holes cut out of wall areas in the process of radiator repairs. Include in cost any materials and clean-up. If you also do painting, pls quote separately for painting repaired areas. (I'll supply colour matched paint.)

Hello. I have 5 areas that require either painting and/or plasterboard correction, some areas bigger than others. I have 2L of colour matched wall paint and small sections of plasterboard. 1. A water leak more than a year ago de-laminated the paint from the plasterboard. Has been dry since. Requires painting, however filling or sanding required as there is a level change where there is no longer paint. 2. A small hole in the ceiling plaster. 3. A larger hole by a window frame (approx 15 x 20cm), cut out by a pest inspector. There was nothing to worry about, however the hole now needs fixing. 4. Some water damage to the bottom of the wall in the bathroom. I don't have the matched skirting board paint if it is required. 5. Some minor water damage to the bottom of the wall in the ensuite.

-Cut out section of ceiling 500x500 -Install timber back blocks -Install new section of plasterboard to ceiling -Trowel ceiling with 2x coats of base coat -Trowel ceiling with 1x top coat -Sand ceiling -Apply 2x coats of matched ceiling white to affected area only

Looking for an experienced plasterer (or plasterer/carpenter combo) to repair and patch the following: Wall section (approx. 1100mm × 2400mm) – this is over a removed fireplace/chimney. The area is open and ready for plasterboard, but may need some framing/noggins to fix the board flush with surrounding walls. Ceiling hole 1: 1000mm × 2200mm Ceiling hole 2: 2400mm × 900mm As per the photos, the two ceiling holes are actually one 'L' shaped hole. Total repairable area is about 7m². Standard plasterboard finish, no painting required. Easy access. Flexible with timing (but ideally within the next couple of weeks). Wardrobe removed from existing room, wall behind is hard plaster and needs patching / smoothing prior to repainting. Patch around window. Sand ready for painting. Area approx 15m2.

The curtain rail has pulled a small bit of the plaster out of the wall. The plaster will need a strong patch to allow the curtain rail to be remounted on it. There is blown-in insulation in the wall which needs to remain in place. Job is to patch plaster and remount curtain rail.
