There are various cracks/separations around cornices, wall/ceiling joins, corners and above/around windows and doorways. Some are minor, while several are larger (photos attached). Looking for someone to properly prepare and repair the cracks — including taping/mesh where required — fill and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish. There are: 3 ceiling vents approx. 600 × 400 mm 4 ceiling vents approx. 480 × 480 mm Ceiling vent scope: Remove existing vent grilles Supply and install backing/support as required Supply and fit plasterboard patches Tape, base coat and top coat Sand smooth and leave ready for painting There is also one standard double power outlet in a bedroom where the plaster behind/around it has failed, causing the outlet to become loose and push partly into the wall. The outlet itself works fine and does not need electrical work. I just need the damaged plaster repaired so the outlet can be securely fixed back in place and sit flush with the wall again. The existing plaster wall had a hole in it due to kids wrestling against it. The hole needs to be patched & repainted with colour to match existing as close as possible. The size of the hole is roughly 10cm diameter as can be seen in reference to the pen placed next to it.
