Scope: rake out and regrout shower tiles, apply liquid membrane over grout lines, re-silicone all internal corners and shower screen junctions in both showers. Also need plaster make-good on adjacent damaged walls (cut out, patch, set, sand) and repaint affected sections to match. Photos available on request. Need ceiling plasterboard repair after water leak Looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to repair a damaged ceiling section after a water leak. The damaged area is about 60 cm x 60 cm. I have already bought a 90 cm x 120 cm plasterboard sheet, which should be enough for the patch. You will need to bring all other tools and materials. The leak has already been fixed, so this job is for the ceiling repair only. I only need the plasterboard patched, set and sanded, ready for paint. No painting or paint touch-up is required.

External ceiling on a deck requires painting where there has been plaster repairs completed. Need to sand and paint (match to existing). Internal wall where there is a crack in the plaster. Requires repair to the crack and painting. Need to match to existing paint. Note property does not have power connect at the moment.

We recently had electricians complete some work in our apartment and there are a couple of ceiling holes that now need to be properly repaired and painted. Looking for someone experienced in plaster repair and painting to make good the areas so they blend back into the existing ceiling. Plasterer Needed – Fix & Square Up Internal Corner (Must Be Perfectly Square) I need a plasterer to set up and sheet this internal corner properly and plaster/finish it ready for paint. I’ve already ripped the old plaster off because the corner wasn’t square and it was noticeable against the flooring – it was doing my head in. I want this done properly so the corner is perfectly square and straight, and doesn’t show up visually against the floor line. Important: • The corner must be properly squared and plumb. • You’ll likely need to adjust/pack the frame slightly to get it right – please be upfront and prepared for that. • Architraves can be removed if needed to do the job properly. • I have plaster sheets here you can use. This is not just a quick patch job – I want it set up correctly so it looks sharp and clean. There are also a few other small plastering jobs you can look at while you’re here if interested.
