Hi, there is some plaster damage I need repaired. It's about 1.5m off the ground and about 50cm tall break. No need to paint.

Repair hole in plasterboard ceiling approx 1500mm x 700mm. Existing appears to be 2 layers of 13mm fire rated plasterboard. The existing hole was cut in to investigate a roof leak. The hole may need to be cut larger to square up for repair. Will require Square set cornice at wall junction and stopped up and sanded ready for paint.

A previous plasterer did a couple of repairs in the passage way that turned out not very well. I need the existing plaster cut (approx 400x400) new piece put in, bandaged, top coated and sanded to leave me with an invisible join. (As best as possible anyway)

I need an experienced plasterer to complete several plaster repair and painting jobs around the house. Photos are attached. Scope of work 1. Bathroom ceiling repair There is a rectangular opening in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak investigation. The leak has now been fixed. Approximate opening size: 120cm x 50cm. Required work: - Supply and install suitable bathroom plasterboard. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Avoid damaging existing pipework, wiring, exhaust fan and heat lamp. 2. Bathroom ceiling mould/staining There is a visible mould/staining mark on the bathroom ceiling. Required work: - Clean/treat the affected area. - Sand, prime and repaint entire ceiling 3. Gap near bathroom heat lamp There is a visible gap/hole near the bathroom heat lamp fitting. Required work: - Patch/reduce the visible opening so it can no longer be seen. 4. Three wall patch repairs There are three wall areas I previously patched myself, but the finish is rough/uneven. Required work: - Sand, prime and repaint 5. Two curtain rod repairs Two curtain rod brackets have come loose from the plaster wall. ISO plaster repairs and painting in affected areas for my one bed apartment in West Brunswick. In the lounge (first photo), we’ve got some cracking where the walls meets the ceiling and then a stepped down crack on the corner. The other three photos are of the bathroom, a few patches requiring some attention on the ceiling and a section on the wall. I’d be able to provide the paint pots.
