As part of an aircon replacement, the installer had to cut a long, narrow hole in the wall for new pipes. We need this hole patched and painted.
Choong was great - he repaired (plaster and paint) a long zigzag hole in our drywall (from the installation of an air conditioner) in a high-rise apartment in the CBD the day after we posted the job. The quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend.

Apartment bathroom ceiling needs repair of a plaster board seam (slight quick dry patching and sanding - no plaster board required), then two coats of white ceiling paint. Bathroom is approximately 2m x 3m (6 square metres). Slight damage of plaster seam was caused by small leak from the bathroom in the apartment above. A plumber has repaired the dripping pipe and everything has been dry for a month. An invoice will be required. Please include cost of all materials. A public car park is available in the building - early bird between 7:30 and 9:30am at $22, which I will pay. - Due date: Flexible
Brian was helpful and willing to please. We was happy to fix a patch when a slight imperfection was pointed out. I would recommend him for plaster repair and painting jobs.

Small hole plaster repair

A mirror fell over and put a hole in my plaster wall. It's around a square inch. I bought some putty that was meant to dry white to fill the gap, but it has dried a lot darker and difficult for me to sand back with the sandpaper I have. Paint isn't doing a great job blending it in. I'm looking for looking for someone to come fix, should be a very quick job either to sand back properly, or to remove putty and filler correctly.
