Cat door needs replacing. There is glass above the cat door and wood on either side and beneath cat door. The original glass panel in the back door was shortened to accommodate the cat door unit. The sizing is very specific.

We're going to buy a large piece of laminate from Ikea to replace the present benchtop in our unit. We require an installer who can cut around the laminate where the sink and stove top are in order to replace the existing benchtop. Edging would also need to be cut to size and attached. Need 2 old brackets of inground poolcover removed & 2 new ones reinstalled. Old brackets not working anymore. Have new brackets. Have tried removing 1 old bracket but unable to remove screw (screw rotates but doesn’t come out). Purpose of brackets is to keep door/roof of pool cover up when taking pool cover out.
