The job includes: * Measuring and marking the correct location for the flue. * Cutting an opening through the roof. * Installing the chimney/flue system through the roof. * Installing the roof flashing and weatherproofing to ensure there are no leaks. * Securing * Ensuring the installation is safe and ready for the fireplace to be connected. Roof access: The roof is on the second storey, but access is straightforward via the lower roof/veranda roof using a ladder. There is good access to the work area.

I have a timber bi-fold door that gets caught when trying to open and close. I can't see any movement around the door. I have tried to adjust the door by winding it up but it hasn't fixed it. The door may need realigning due to house movement. Tasker should repairer the door so that it has smooth operation opening and closing.

Some holes in the gyprock around the place ( only about 5) + some anoying srew holes here and there. I have filer and paint. I need a piece of deck wood cut to replace broken slat on frint deck ( i have the spare wood). May suit a hire a hubby kind words f guy on an hourly rate rather than a carpenter!?
