Gyprock setter Looking for someone to come and set a few gyprock walls we have built in our business space. Dimensions below: Main wall - 5.3m(w) x 3.6m(h) (both sides) 2nd wall - 2.3m(w) x 3.6m(h) (both sides) 3rd wall - 3.1m(w) x 0.75m(h) (single side) *gyprock will all be in place by time of arrival, photos shown before gyprock was complete

See attached floor plan. I need someone to build a dividing wall with door (either sliding or traditional). I need skirting, plastering and cornice done as well. Basically everything apart from painting. All that should be left is to paint. I need insulation and h2 timber framing 90x45. Gyprock should be acoustic. This should include labour and materials. Need to find the studs behind gyprock wall, then mount 4 shelves (600w x 200d x 38h) securely on the wall. Same need to be done for 2 paintings. I’ve brought 8 brackets for the shelves. Please supply nails/ screws or advise me on which one to get prior visit.

Gyprocking over a vermiculite ceiling that part will need to be pulled off as it's vermiculite chicken wire mix not on concrete. 1.2 wide and about 8m long but on a set of stairs in a commercial building so needs to be done over the Xmas break period so it's not too busy and the business are closed. Light will be taken off and capped temporarily for this work Needs to be screwed over and possibly can leave it all and just screw up over the part that's dropping . I have a bar area measuring 2600x2400x800 that requires enclosing within a Gyprock wall. It may need a small frame to enclose and will require a skirting board added at the bottom. Materials to be supplied as part of the quote. - Due date: Before Thursday, 30 November 2023

Recently renovated my bathroom and need someone to replace the old sheet of gyprock on the ceiling and install a 75mm cornice, will need all joint settings to be complete as well. Happy to provide the cornice and sheet of gyprock myself. I'm a sparky by trade so I will uninstall the lights in the bathroom for the works to be completed. - Due date: Flexible
