Need to fix a wall patch (gyprock) and paint the surface

We need someone to fix two holes in the ceiling where evaporative cooling vents have been removed. Also need someone to fix dodgy gyprock tape job on another part of the ceiling. You don't need to paint it, just after someone to do the patching.

Remove existing wall mounted air conditioner, supply and brick existing space as well as gyprock internal space. Also prepare space above door for paint. If possible, paint brickwork and internal wall. This can be outsourced if necessary.

Hang a large mirror (approx 26 kilos) on an interior gyprock wall. Will require hanging hardware for wall.

Straighten stud wall prior to gyprock

There is some gyprock plastering needed of damage to the walls. About 3/4 of them to be patched. Photos attached - Due date: Flexible
