Hi I am looking to get garage motor installed in 2 roller shutters in my garage

We have a fairly new tilt panel garage door that needs to have the spring released and a few washers moved over, or the mount moved over. It’s slightly rubbing by 5 mm on one side when it goes up looks to be angled slightly. It can be adjusted

Reversed into the garage with my car and now it’s broken and not locking. We had someone come and undo the rope so it closes now but still needs fixing.

I need a garage door cable/conduit moved. It’s currently running along the top of a fence, I’m getting the fence replaced on Monday so I’d like someone to disconnect the cable before Monday, then come back mid-late next week (flexible) once the new fence is up to re-install the cable close to the ground.

My garage door falls back down after opening just a few inches. I replaced both springs and couplings few months back and also did full service. Problem may be due to improperly tensioned sping. Need somebody to fix the spring tension or fix the issue.

The garage door isn't locking. The locking mechanism stops short of the cutout thats supposed to engage the lock. When extended it scrapes against the vertical rail. Would like some sort of service call to make any necessary adjustments so that its working properly. To also test the motor with the remote.

Garage door no longer responds to remote controls or wall panel control. Have tried resetting remotes & limits but still no response. Model is Steel line SD-800

The door is 320x217 cm. I will need it removed and disposed of. The door is broken (it often swings open in strong winds, and is stiff and difficult to close again). I can park my car somewhere else and temporarily remove the baby gates to help clear out room for the removal job.
