Find a professional garage door installer in VIC

Looking to install a roller garage door for my investment property. The measurements are 4.3m (w) by 2.6m (h). Looking to install something like the neighbours photo attached.

I need someone to install a new weather seal into my garage door. I don’t want to waste your time, please only apply if you’re 100% confident you can fit the seal. I have been assured this seal that I bought will fit the door but I’ve been unable to get it on myself. I’m flexible on when you can come to do the job. Weekdays - 6pm to 8pm Weekends - 11am to 5pm I can take more photos if needed of the door and rubber seal.

Need a carpenter to remove and trim/shave the bottom of an inward-opening timber garage side door so it clears newly installed garage floor tiles. Approx. 10–20mm may need removing. Would also like the cut edge properly sealed/painted and the bottom weather/insect seal adjusted or replaced so there’s no gap when closed.

Steeline garage door opens slowly midway. Likely needs spring adjustment .

I have damaged the bottom section of our double garage door and I am looking for someone to repair it possibly bend it back and put on the weather seal. Our garage door stopped working today, not sure why, it wasn't experiencing issues. The motor seems to be running, the latch on the rail seems to be catching but it's not lifting the door? It's a single door, metal structure.

This is for my pensioner mother who recently lost her husband (my father) and is also battling cancer. I need this done on the cheaper side of possible. Third Garage Door opener in 10 years. It just won't power up any more. I have tried all troubleshooting/diagnostics in the manual. Had someone come out earlier in the year and they said its a blown motor. Now im being told otherwise.
