Need to reset garage motor and add new remote

I have two garage doors that need servicing. Both doors occasionally jam and reverse or bounce back when closing. They also make a high-pitched noise during operation. I have tried resetting them, which temporarily fixes the reversing issue, but the problem returns after a while. The job is to service both garage doors and resolve the jamming, reversing, and noise issues.

Garage door spring needs adjustment and install new garage door opener. Happy to consider reasonable offers, needed ASAP before it gets dark.

This is for my pensioner mother who recently lost her husband (my father) and is also battling cancer. I need this done on the cheaper side of possible. Third Garage Door opener in 10 years. It just won't power up any more. I have tried all troubleshooting/diagnostics in the manual. Had someone come out earlier in the year and they said its a blown motor. Now im being told otherwise. My garage door is stuck and will not open or close. The door is currently partially open (see attached photo) and appears to be jammed. I noticed that the cable on the left-hand side has snapped, which I believe is preventing the door from operating properly. Garage door needs fixing, no tension

As per photos current door is falling apart so need someone to Supply and Install Primed Door (including installation of door handle with key locks - you'll need to supply but happy to use existing locks from the old door if that will work). It is the side door entry to my garage. Not sure how much it will cost so give me a quote. Looking for a cheap solution / option for a door that I rarely use and do not care about it aestethically. The hinge is coming off the frame as per photos in case that complicates things. Measurements: Approx 82.5 x 204.5 x 4cm
