I have recently moved into a place with a garage, and garage door. I was using the keyfob provided on move in until I got my internet sorted and then attempted to pair the door to my SmartLife ap and have wiped all the programming, now the key fob doesn't work either. Given that I do not have the owners manual (or the skill set) if anyone can help reprogram the Neo Prime 1000N with WIFI motor so that the fob works and also help pair it to the app? Free this week any time but I go back to work next week so I would have to do evenings as of next Monday.

Garage door rollers was knocked out of shape from tradesman. I have attempted to fix it however it’s now beyond me- cables on both end were tangled I have disconnected cables. Entry into the garage is via a small window inside the house as I have the door being held up just enough with a car jack for charging electric car. This is my mothers property.

I have an internal door that is leading up to the garage. It needs to be replace with a solid-wood timber door. Install a high quality dead bolt and with a heavy duty strike plate with long screws approximately 3 inch screw. I need this to be burglar-proof.

Just need a servicing on garage door

Looking for a handyman or garage door technician to inspect and service my automatic garage door. The door functions fine (opens and closes normally), but it makes a persistent noise during operation.  I have already applied garage door spray lubricant, but it hasn't resolved the issue.

Garage door will not close. Gets 1/3 of the way down, beeps then opens up again. It cannot be locked. We manually close it, place a pot plant to hold the door in the down position. Looking for someone to repair it.
