Double sectional garage door does not work smooth

I accidentally left my garage door open and i’m out of town. I urgently need someone to go to the house press the garage door button and run out.

We need an electrician to install a garage door opener on a single garage. It is currently a manual lock up metal garage door. There is an electrical line running near where the opener would need to be installed but no existing outlet. We would pay for opener and agreed upon materials such as outlet if needed etc. Suggestions appreciated for what to purchase.

We are looking for a Carpenter to replace the external Entry Door and the Side Entry Garage Door. We have two new doors as well as the hinges, handles and locks required to do the job. Both doors are standard size 2040mm (height)x 820mm (width). Front Door has a 40mm thickness and Garage Door has a 35mm thickness as per the original doors being replaced. The garage door was pushed out of the tracks, while closing did not see originally and the garage closed half way and has been stuck. The garage door will not roll up or down, it is stuck. Unable to place back into the tracks ourself.
