Have stripped render off an internal fireplace and need it cleaned up, mortared and some brick repairs so it can be sealed. Looking at retaining the original wall but need it cleaned up. - Due date: Flexible

We need the front of the centre of the built-in-bbq area (infront if the chimney) carefully knocked out and the side walls tidied up and rebuilt so we can slide a pot belly in there. We would like it to look tidy and professional and don’t have the skills! Hi I need a Cannon Fitzroy gas fireplace installed. The builder already made the box up also the gas and electric points are installed in the box. You need to fit the proper flue and install the heater. I think horizontal flue is more easy. The backside wall is heable, so easy to cut the hole. It is in the first floor, there is easy access. Have an old fireplace that was bricked up likely in the 70s and I’m trying to restore it. The bricks appear to have been cemented in rather than placed with brick mortar and is hard as a rock so will need a Jack hammer type tool to be removed. Only need the central area removed so that a cast iron fireplace can be popped in front (this won’t be a functional fireplace). With the right tools this shouldn’t take more than an hour. I don’t need removal or anything else and I don’t care about damage to the floors they’re being ripped up anyway- I literally just need someone with a Jack hammer to remove a few bricks. I won’t pay much higher than the offered amount (as I’d rather go hire a Jack hammer and do it myself if that’s going to be less)
