Moved into a newly purchased home. The previous owners had a mounted TV on. Brick wall above an inbuilt fireplace. What I think they have done is run the antenna and power cables behind an inbuilt gas fire place. So to access the antenna point and power adapter In order to connect my TV I need to temporarily remove the gas fireplace to have a look behind it. Have an old home with an open brick fireplace. We are getting it tiled so removed timber frame and not sure if what is behind it is meant to look like it is or if we need to do something before tiling. Would also like it repaired if needed and cleaned up!
