1 X outside door doesn’t close anymore. Storeroom. 1 X laundry cupboard door doesn’t close anymore. Fly wire screens X 4 need fitting. Don’t have the frames anymore they are bent from trying to fit myself. Kitchen sink tap leaks.

Pretty much summed it up in the title.

I need to have a storeroom door replaced. Job would include: 1. Supplying a door (approximately 815 x 2040) 2. Painting door (if necessary) 3. Installing door and attaching handle and lock from door that is removed.

Window has a leak and seeped into inside window sill which is now moisture damaged and mouldy. Need leak sealed and window sill fixed/mould gone.

Need hang the door like barn in the bathroom

I've recently had a new internal door installed and shortly after a new carpet. Unfortunately, the carpet stands pretty high and now the bottom of the door rubs on the carpet making it hard to open/close. I think you'll need to remove the door and take off about 5mm TBD from the bottom. Door is standard timber, 2040x35x820mm. After putting the door back on to check the height / fit, i'd like the door removed again so i can paint the bottom and can do the final reinstate myself later once its dried. - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 January 2024

Three tasks. 1) Replace standard butt hinges with self-closing hinges. The door jamb and door will need to be morticed to allow new hinges to sit flush. 2) Plane the top of another door to enable it to close properly. It's currently catching on the door jamb. 3) French door: Hang original French doors in their original frame using new Parliament hinges (3 per door) - this will require morticing of door jamb and door. Install new door latch and two offset bolts. Remove and replace jarrah doorstop (nail holes will need to be pre-drilled). NOTE: Door hardware (hinges, latches, bolts) and jarrah doorstop are supplied. Other matetials such as nails and builders bog or plastibond (if old hinge screw holes need ro be filled) will need to be supplied by the tasker.
