Our front door is not closing properly. I used a lever on the bottom of the door to lift the side where the doorhandle and are located. After lifting the door, both the door knob and deadbolt slid in properly. I believe the door is sagging.
Steven did a fantastic job in fixing our front door that was no longer closing properly. He took the time to explain to me what had happened and why. Fixed it quickly and the door locks now are buttery smooth when engaging. Steven gets 5 star reviews for a reason, he is great! Don't hesitate to book him.
