Replace or Repair 2 x Timber Gate Hinges (Top & Bottom) • Supply and replace two brackets (upper and lower) for a side timber gate. • The current ones are weak, and the gate doesn’t open or close properly. • Need strong, good-quality metal brackets to ensure smooth operation and durability. 2. Install Ring Doorbell • Mount and install one Ring Doorbell on a brick wall outside the house. • Ensure it’s securely fixed and properly aligned. Requirements: • Must bring all tools and materials. • Supply and install quality brackets. • Experience with gate repairs and drilling into brick preferred.

The rivets from top have come off

Require indoor clothes line to be fixed to the wall. It is 80cm in length and wall studs will need to be found. Also have an outdoor clothes line to be mounted into the brick. Want the job done so it doesn’t come out and make a mess of my walls.

A bathroom door is sagging and is scraping on the floor when opening. The doorknob lock also seems misaligned slightly with the bolt hole on the door frame. Need someone handy to fix the door so that it can be opened/closed without scraping and the doorknob to be aligns with the frame. You can saw off parts of the door if required.

The door inside the house is hanging, the holes are to pretty loose and for the screws to tighten and the gate outside just broke off.

You need to buy and pickup a new door from Bunnings seven hills ( 5 mins from my house). See picture, deliver and fix the door. I will provide door locks and hinges. Al other required items must be supplied by you. See the picture of the new door from Bunnings. It measures 2040x820x40. I will pay the actual cost of the door. Proposed budget is excluding the door cost.
