The garage door spring has snapped and it would not open

I need a handyman with the right tools to temporarily detach the overhead hydraulic door closer/door closer arm from my apartment door so I can move furniture and boxes out. The closer is already installed. I do not need a new closer installed. I only need the arm/bracket unscrewed or safely detached enough so the door can open freely during moving.

Need to change the doorknobs for 1 bathroom door and 1 bedroom door. The existing doorknobs are difficult to remove and appear to have been glued to the wooden doors by the previous owner.
