Looking for a reliable handyman to complete a few jobs: • Remove remaining curtain rods/brackets from 1 bedroom and the living room • Fill and patch screw holes from curtain rods that have already been removed in the other bedrooms, as well as the rods being removed • Sand/fix the patched areas neatly so the walls are left smooth and tidy • Disassemble 2 bed frames Remove mirror and patch up holes Please bring your own tools and materials required for removing the rods and patching/filling the holes. Looking for someone experienced who can complete the job neatly and leave the areas clean afterwards.

Task 1 – Curtain Rod Middle Bracket Repair & Remount I have a black curtain rod in my home theatre room where the centre support bracket has pulled out of the drywall, taking some of the wall compound/paper with it. I need someone to fix this properly so it holds heavy blackout/theatre curtains securely. Photos of the damage are attached. What needs to be done: • Remove the loose/damaged bracket cleanly • Patch and repair the damaged drywall area so it’s smooth and paint-ready (ideally by cutting out the damaged section, backing it with a timber noggin behind the plaster, then patching, sanding, and finishing) • Remount the existing bracket using heavy-duty wall anchors (into a stud or with solid backing) • Ensure the curtain rod sits level and is strong enough to hold heavy theatre curtains without pulling out again I’m also open to a quick-fix option (preferred way) if it can be done cleanly and strongly: remove the damaged anchor screws, fill the old holes, and install new heavy-duty anchors in slightly repositioned locations — no full wall patch needed if the result is solid. Please let me know in your quote which approach you’d take. Task2 I also have a small chrome wall-mounted holder (photo attached) that has come off the wall. The mounting plate has two screw holes.
