Find professional cornice repairs in Richmond VIC

Seeking an experienced plasterer/tradesperson to install approx 11m of cornice. The room is approx 3.4 x 2.3 in width and length and ceiling approx 3m high. The cornice profile is in the photos and is about 90mm x 90mm. We have the cornice ready to go (in 3x 4.8m lengths) but require someone to cut and install it onto the ceiling. No painting needed. Photos are attached with the room, dimensions and cornice profile.

Repair cracks in plaster walls, ceiling and cornice. Job not limited to photo attached. - Due date: Flexible

Multiple plaster/plasterboard/cornice repairs needed. 1) Loungeroom. Install new plasterboard where old (removed) wall furnace was to make wall flush with remaining plasterboard wall. 2) Loungeroom. Replace the damaged cornice with new cornice (matching cornice already purchased and pictured in task). Cornice was damaged during removal of wall furnace. 3) Loungeroom. Replace removed plasterboard that had come away from wall due to wall movement and make flush - as best as possible - with remaining plasterboard on wall. Approximate area is about half a square metre. 4) Hallway Arch. Due to movement over many years/decades hallway arch plaster became loose and was removed. Aiming to return hallway arch to smooth finish as best as possible. Two pictures included of hallway arch showing both sides. 5) Small Task - Hallway end. Fix hole in plaster/render. Approximate size 15cm by 15cm. 6) Small Task - Bathroom. Replace section of plasterboard around toilet outlet. This section was removed/damaged during installation of replacement toilet. Missing plasterboard is about 40cm by 40cm and has the actual toilet outlet passing through it to the outside of house. 7) Small Task - Loungeroom - Install plasterboard - or other solution - to fix small gap in plasterboard. Gap is no bigger than about 2cm by about 40cm or so. Use whatever solution works. Gap is so small hard to see in picture. I don't really know how much these jobs should cost in total. After a kitchen and bathroom renovation we need the finishing touches 🙌 Kitchen: - Cornice installed - Previous ceiling light fittings filled - Skirt gaps caulked and waterproofed (small area - see photos) - Painted (small wall and ceiling area) Bathroom Small Wall painted (Black) Doors and door frames painted and touched up (white) Happy to provide paint etc, or can reimburse if you can get cheaper on trade accounts.
