We have a 4.5m x 4.5m (roughly) ceiling in a warehouse office space. The whole place has a warehouse vibe so this doesn't need to be perfect, just want to seal all the little cracks and paint white over the ceiling. It needs simple cornicing over all four walls. Will require taping over the gaps in the giprock sheets, as well as a few small holes filled. Basically just need to finish the ceiling!

100cm x 35cm x 236 ( height) pax wardrobe - with door is 38cm (Divided into two 50cm x 38 x 230) Also needed to remove part of the cornice and the bottom sidebroad as well Don’t hv the exact planner but vy similiar to the one in the photo except the height is 236 cm instead of 201.
