Installing clothes line stand on the wall

Currently my clothesline is in the garden. I would like to get it out and move it close to the laundry. I’m not sure if needs to be cut out or if it can be pulled out of the ground .

Install the wall mountedclotheslinee 2200mm wide Hills brand, if you can meet me at your given time. The old clothesline is broken and has to be uninstalled and scrap taken away by installer.

1 - Install Daytek single-folding clothesline (supplied by customer) on an external brick wall. 2 - Install 2 magnetic door-stops (supplied by customer) on skirting. 3 - Install 3 house numbers (supplied by customer) on external rendered wall (render is on top of bricks). 4 - Install 2 Raven RP3 weather shields (supplied by customerl) under 2 doors.
