Have some general building maintenance tasks that need completing - old heater pipe that it in lounge room ceiling and goes up into roof sheet needs to be blocked off properly as it leaks water into cornice - patch and repair including painting cornice in lounge that has gone a little dark from water damage - master bedroom needs some ventilation grills installed above main window as it always has lots of condensation in the room and the window is always wet which makes mould grow, potentially same vents required in en-suite - clean up and re paint over already treated mould areas in the master bedroom - install small aggy pipe to front yard where water pools after heavy rains Fee proposed includes the tasker providing materials such as paint, vent covers, cornice gyprock, ag pipe etc Have put a long date on this so the task doesn’t disappear but can be done at a time and date suitable just message me on here
