2 roller blinds - keep breaking, have replaced in past but they keep breaking. Needs to be perm fixed

The chain on our roller blind has broken. We went to bunnings and bought the link to reconnect it but we don’t know how to remove the blind so we can thread the chain back through. - Due date: Before Friday, 31 March 2023

One of the brackets that held the roller blind up dropped from the ceiling, causing the roller blind to fall to the ground. There are open holes in the ceiling where the bracket is supposed to go. Please let me know if I need someone to plaster the ceiling first before proceeding with this request. I can provide pictures. There is also another blind where the chain has broken. I have bought a chain connector, but have no idea how to re-loop it so the chain connector doesn't pass through the pulley. Thanks - Due date: Flexible
