Refix the bracket that holds a roller blind in a window cavity

The blinds track has come off. We need someone to fix it. The track line also needs to be tightened up. Please see pictures below.

Hang back up vertical blinds Will need screws and wall anchors, as well as a drill to go through brick! If can use existing holes, awesome, if not then ok to make new ones to get back up.
