I need a specialist to fix/repair three outdoor motorised patio blinds that have completely stopped responding to the remote control. The blinds were installed by a previous owner. There are no brand markings on the blind tracks themselves but the automation system remote control, Controller and hub are all Linx automation, Linx hub mini/connector system. The multi channel linx remote control is powered on with a fresh battery but it does not move any of the blinds. The blinds stopped working simultaneously so it may be a pairing loss, a tripped breaker fuse or an issue with the automation receivers. I’m seeking someone with specific experience troubleshooting on automated/smart outdoor blinds, Linx automation or similar motor setups who knows how to do a factory reset, re-assign channels and repair the multi channel remotes. If you could diagnose the system first and if a replacement receiver motor or wiring repair is required we can discuss a scope change or separate quote once the fault is identified. I honestly think it’s a pairing issue or something fairly simple as the blinds are in really good nick.

My blinds have come off the wall hook when I was rolling the blinds down. The wire guide has also become twisted when I rolled up the blinds by hand as I could not reinstall this by myself. I need someone to help untangle the wire guide and reinstall the blind.
