You must bring all your own professional tools including a powerful hammer drill, correct masonry bits, a spirit level, and a suitable ladder. Your quote must include the cost of supplying all high-quality concrete screws, plugs, and anchors as the standard IKEA hardware is insufficient. All tracks and the blind must be installed perfectly level and all 15 pairs of curtains must be securely hung.
