Need to mount 4 hooks on a concrete wall to 1. Safely hang a mirror (~6kg) 2. Secure a drawer cabinet

I would like to get a mirror hung up on a bedroom wall, it’s from IKEA and does have hooks,but unsure if they will do the job. 60x170cm. Also I have two post card frames I want secured to a wall. Also have anchors for the frames.

Instead of drilling holes every time I want to hang a picture, I’m hoping to install picture rails instead. The walls are solid brick and will require a hammer drill and some precision. I’d prefer the rails to be flush with the ceiling join than be level. 3 rails in total, each 2m long. This can be done Wed, Thurs or Fri.

Install 1 curtain rod above window. Hang 1 mirror (large size, 78x196 cm). Hang 2 pictures on the wall.
