Garage door not opening.It makes noise and at times opens little bit.

Garage roller door opens but stops after only a few centimetres. Need fixed by tomorrow 2nd April please.

A few coppers logs on the retaining wall in my garden have partially fallen off. I need them lifted back up into place and stabilized.

I plan to remove a wall in a house and have been advised that it is a bracing wall. The engineer who inspected the home recommended the alternative wall that can be used as a bracing wall. The alternative wall is the wall on the left hand side of the entry. The old bracing wall is 2.2m in length and the new bracing wall is 3.1m in length. pool chlorinator -remove old 9v lead set which is just three screws and fit new lead set. all low voltage and you can turn off the mains and unplug it (there is no capacitor to hurt you) and then remove old cell which is one hand tightened plastic collar and fit the new cell then plug the new leads into the new cell turn it back on. tenants have the cell, you need to ring them when you are coming around. thanks heaps - Due date: Flexible
