Two storey house, pool, full size tennis court. Slopes fair bit from east to west of the block. I'm redoing the court and building retaining walls and want the whole property captured once so my draftsman can work in Revit off it. Scan everything, inside and out — every room on both levels, garage, alfresco, balconies, roof, all elevations, then the full block: pool, driveway, court, the two retaining walls beside the court, the slope above it, gardens, sheds, fences. Also need proper levels on AHD: contours at 250mm, pits, drainage, stormwater point of discharge, light poles, floor and ridge heights. The court's got settlement problems so I want spot levels on a 2m grid over the slab, edges, corners, either side of any crack, top and bottom of both walls every 3m, and the pit invert. Deliverables: point cloud as RCP/RCS and E57, DWG with 3D contours and points, CSV points, PDF at 1:200. Local origin near the house, MGA/AHD shift noted. Modelling not required, just the cloud and the survey. Tell me what scanner you use and send an example of something similar you've delivered. Fixed price please.
