Find a knowledgeable SketchUp help service in VIC

I already have the SketchUp model completed, along with the CAD drawings, which I can provide for you to work from. What I’m looking for is an alternative design treatment to what I currently have, particularly for the upper storey/facade. I’d like your input on how this could be enhanced — whether through stepping the façade, fins, screening, different proportions, or another architectural treatment that gives the upper level more interest and improves the overall look of the house. I have also removed the bottom story slider (made to 3 fixed panels - which seems to help the garage dominance) Could you please let me know what you would charge to develop some alternative concepts using my existing SketchUp model, and approximately how long it would take to complete?

We are a Melbourne-based events company looking for a SketchUp designer to work from our Melbourne office for 6 hours on Thursday 6 August or Friday 7 August. The task involves creating a reusable library of simple, to-scale 3D models of our basic event infrastructure, including counters, carts, backdrops, archways, photo boards, tables and stools. We will supply all dimensions, colours and photos of the infrastructure. A few examples attached. The models do not need to be detailed or photorealistic. They must be: • Modelled to the correct dimensions • Coloured accurately • Saved as reusable SketchUp components • Clearly named and organised During the session, we would also like you to create a basic event-space template and show us how to place and reposition the components to create simple event-set layouts ourselves. You must be proficient in SketchUp and experienced in creating organised component libraries.
