Replacing current timber frames glass window and door to the balcony total measurement 3m wide and 2.4m height. Consist of 1 hinge door open outward. All has to be fully sound sealed as the purpose is to blocking the noise from the apartment to neighbour. Frame UPVC in white. Has to reduce 90-100% of sound. There are kitchen windows and bedrooms which potentially would like to be changed to upvc double glazed as well depending on the price. Unit in level 1 above car park.

We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also.
