My side gate got damaged by the wind, I assume the job was done poorly previously. Wondering if any one got experience fixing this back up on the wall and getting it to closea d stay shut properly Even when windy.

My side gate broke off the hinges and needs to be fixed/repaired.. will require new hinges on a metal frame

I have a pair of large colorbond gates (each approx. 1650mm wide) that provide access to the side of my property. Unfortunately, one of the gates has sagged to the extent that the latch bar no longer engages properly with the actual latch. I believe the problem can be rectified by positioning a wheel on one of the gates to help lift it back to its correct height. I am happy to consider alternative solutions to this problem, too. Need installation of a SpecRite 1833 x 900mm Pre-Oiled Merbau Gate from Bunnings. I will provide both the gate and the posts, along with hinges and locks. Gate to be installed just behind the power/energex meter box as usual. Please advise on what hinges and locks to buy as I not 100% sure. The side access is 1.08m wide wall to wall, and the gate is 0.9m wide. I would like the gate post to be bolted on to my brick wall, and on the neighbour's side, the post is to be installed into the ground so that we don't drill on to his wall. Any questions please let me know.

The gate opens the wrong way, the gap below is too big. I need it repaired. I also have a small fence at the side I would like as a gate. And maybe a few fence repairs nothing major tho.
