Install and Build Side Gate

An old corrugated steel water tank situated on church grounds at Moodlu needs to be removed. The tank is lined internally with concrete. The tank is at ground level located near the church hall. I have put $10 in the budget as this is unknown, however church funds are limited.

The gate works (keeps the dog in), but it's a bit hard to open for kids. I just need it to be easy enough for my 5 year old to open while still keeping the dog in. There are two star fence posts either side of the gate. The gate is attached to one star fence post using two DIY hinges. The gate sits on the ground and needs to be lifted before it can be opened. We lock it shut using a chain + carabiner so the dog can't push it open. My 5 year old can't unlock the carabiner or lift the gate to open it. Ideally we can stick with the gate + star fence posts.

Side gate has rusted hinges so I need 2 x hinges replaced and some of the wooden panels nailed / screwed back in place as they have started to come off in some areas

Our front fence is bessablock with wooden sections on both sides and above the gate.
