1x 1m colourbond gate plus 1x 1.2m colourbond gate both with key locks. Plus one 1.5 lm return panel. Installed in Yanchep.

I'm looking at installing a double door aluminium slat door or a colorbond, ideally matching with the garage door (white dove colour) to replace the current door that gives access to the backyard. The size is (roughly): 1800mm (H) x 1600mm (W) ~ bare in mind I might be off a couple of cm here and there.

The pool glass gate is often hard to close as the fence posts have moved slightly. Need to discuss options to allow the gate to close easily.

I need a gate spring fitted to a pool gate so that it closes automatically. I have a gate spring here but I am not 100% sure if it is suitable. Please see attached photo. I dont have the tools to install myself so looking for someone to do this. If the spring is not suitable will increase the task cost to cover materials.

I’m looking for a carpenter or experienced handyman to build and install a custom timber safety gate at the top of my outdoor deck stairs. The gate should match the existing timber balustrade as closely as possible and look like it was part of the original deck. The gate will be used to keep a toddler safe, so it needs to be sturdy and child safe, with self closing hinges and a self latching gate latch mounted high out of a child’s reach. Ideally, the gate should open onto the deck rather than out over the stairs. Please supply all materials, build the gate to suit the opening, stain it to closely match the existing timber and install it. I’ve attached photos of the staircase and opening. I’m flexible on timing but would like it completed within the next couple of weeks. Please include examples of similar carpentry or gate work if you have them.

The bottom left hinge has come off and the gate won’t swing - think it just needs to be re-bolted, but please see pictures.

I am looking to get someone to assemble a Colorbond gate kit (from Teamwork Fencing) and install it in place of an existing wooden gate (removal of old gate will be done by me). I have purchased the kit and have it ready for assembly. Please note that the gate posts will not be concreted in to the ground and therefore, will require cutting to size.
