Find a professional gate installation in North Moreton Bay

The gate works (keeps the dog in), but it's a bit hard to open for kids. I just need it to be easy enough for my 5 year old to open while still keeping the dog in. There are two star fence posts either side of the gate. The gate is attached to one star fence post using two DIY hinges. The gate sits on the ground and needs to be lifted before it can be opened. We lock it shut using a chain + carabiner so the dog can't push it open. My 5 year old can't unlock the carabiner or lift the gate to open it. Ideally we can stick with the gate + star fence posts.

The roof has hail damage. I also have 4 other large roofing jobs to complete on the property. Happy to labour for you. Im a retired builder, engineer. Can make any of the bits we may need of the tasks

Side gate has rusted hinges so I need 2 x hinges replaced and some of the wooden panels nailed / screwed back in place as they have started to come off in some areas

The 2 large wooden driveway gates need to be replaced (& disposed) with colourbond gates.

Our front fence is bessablock with wooden sections on both sides and above the gate. Closed fence needs to be converted into side ascess gate . Cut one side of the steel fence and make it is a gate with latch to lock it.

Rain has rotted the brace section of the large gate, meaning that the wood has started to fall off and the gate is buckling as a result and the wheels are now coming off. Need to rotten wood replaced to strengthen the gate again. I will do the painting myself after.

1, To supply and replace the broken gate lock and key (photo below shows the broken gate lock and also the slide bolt that is on the shed door). 2, Place a drop bolt onto the bottom of the gate into the concrete and add a padlock to this. (use same key padlocks on gate) 3, Add a slide bolt to the top of the gare and add a padlock to this also. Shed 1, Add a slide bolt to the top and bottom of the shed door (same as the slide bolt currently installed in the middle of the shed door) and add three padlocks, one on each slide bolt (ensure the three shed door locks are the same keys). I would put the total of the job including the supply of the drop bolts, the slide bolts and the 5 x padlock

This sliding gate in the blue section has been bent, it needs to be bent back in straight so it will work again. The gate section has a track, the motor has the cog, they do not line up because someone ran into the gate.
