Need to manually release the arm to open gate

Side gate has come off the wall. Its hebel wall so side gate anchors has come off. Also the fence has moved little bit which needs fix.

Cut and weld this metal gate frame so that the gate closes. Was bumped by car and bent. I am replacing the wood paling, so the wood can be cut or can come off to complete this task or straightening up the frame.

Picket wooden gate won’t close properly as the supporting post has twisted over time (hinge side and I don’t want to replace the post) I suggest the fist 2-3 pickets need to come off and reduce the gap to allow 10-12mm to be trimmed off the closing side of the gate and new black brackets.

Supply and install a glass pool fence of around 6m length. Will need a gate included.

Need old hinges removed, new ones welded on to replace them, rust ground off and gates painted.
