Front lawn - 50m², some kind of Kikuyu. The grass is normal length for winter, but it has a fair amount of common vetch and white clover that is 10-40cm high in some places. 1. Please quote for a cut and trimmed edges to whatever length is safe for the lawn without scalping it. 2. Please also quote for ground level cut down and removal of a dead Grevillea bush (06th pic) in my back yard and a dead sunbush stump (05th pic, grey bit, it's surrounded by Spanish Shawl vine) in my front yard - my pruners are not big enough, so would need very large pruners or a lopper or whatever you determine. 3. Please also quote a separate amount for pulling up weeds in back pebbled area (04th pic). Ignore the blue pot and the galangal in the broken container. It usually takes me less than 15 minutes as they come up easily due to a weed mat, but I have an injury at the moment. The property I am renting is being sold. The realestate has said that all the grass that has made it's way onto the driveway needs to go. I think the best option is to spray it as it's grass. If you have any better ideas, I am all ears! This is the second dwelling on this property and the front property grass has gone over the concrete barrier to my driveway. I need this sprayed as well as around the whole driveway. There is also a paved path to the front door which also needs to be sprayed. And behind the granny flat along the fence. I will post photos. I am deathly allergic to pesticides, otherwise I would try to do this myself! Let me know what you think and I am happy to work around what needs to be done and pricing.
