I have 40sqm backyard with dead buffalo grass overun by weeds. Need that taken out and relaid with good drainage and a bit of creativity to tidy the backyard. I.would also like to install a tool shed

Looking for someone to re-turf my front yard in Pakenham. The area is about 30 m² (please check on site). It sits between the driveway, the footpath and an existing garden bed.

I have a circa 5x3m area of turf which needs to be removed so that my wife and I can place some new DIY decking down. We have an existing skip in the driveway which waste material can be placed in.

**Update** - I have been quoted $1900 for this job via another platform - if you are able to make a better offer please do, but the budget has been updated to reflect that. Require excavation of our small front yard in order to lay new turf and garden beds. Require approximately 150mm of soil removed and disposed of across the yard. The yard was previously pebbles over weed mat, so that will need to be removed and disposed too. We'd also like some pavers which were scattered across the yard removed / disposed of. We have dug an approximately 30cm wide trench around the perimeter of the yard (house, footpath, fence-line) to avoid any damage to rendered surfaces. We have discovered one large tree root on the left hand side that is connected to a council tree, and can be avoided. Mains water is located on the right hand side of the yard near the fence line which we have dug around and should run deep enough to not be impacted. Some trees were recently removed in which most of the stumps were removed, but some cut off roots remain. We can show you these on the day. Width of the front gate is maximum 850mm with the gate intact, or maximum 900mm with the gate removed. Square meterage is 3.7 x 4.5m on the left hand side, and 5.9 x 6.2m on the right hand side (~54qm). Preference would be for a rubber wheeled mini excavator / dingo as to not damage the concrete footpath that leads to the front door, but also happy for this to be a manual job with a skip bin and disposal as appreciate the gate is tight! Any quote must be inclusive of any skip / tip / truck disposal fees.

need someone to lay and cut pre-purchased artificial grass in an outdoor kennel corridor. The grass is already bought and on-site. No adhesive or joining required — just lay flat and cut to fit the space (approx. 15–20 sqm). The area has rubber matting. Straightforward job, should take 1–2 hours.
