40m2 backyard. Need to lay fresh natural turf

I need my small backyard turfed. Most of the area is currently concrete, but the turf would also need to extend over a narrow strip of existing grass. The corner edge of that grass strip is slightly steep, so some leveling would be required. Please provide quotes both including and excluding the cost of the artificial turf. Thanks.

I am looking to have our front yard turf replaced and wonder if this is something you do? We have about 25m2 area of tall fescue turf that keeps dying. We are exploring replacing this with Sir Walter buffalo turf, while retaining the existing underground irrigation. I suspect the soil may be rubbish and would need replenishing before the new turf is installed. We have 2 trees on the lawn which need some base rings and we perhaps also need a strip of edging to stop grass runners invading the plants. We are also looking to have a brick pizza oven in the back demolished to create a space for a seating area, using some existing stepping stones (pics attached). I understand it might be easier to come and have a look at this before quoting.

Remove the current grass, prepare land, put top soil if needed and install turf on our small 35-40 sq M land. Also make vege patch on two sudes and put top soil. You can use our spare bricks as per photo for making vege patch or you can bring wood for vege patch. Also you have to bring top soil from your supplier.
