I have a trapezius-shaped front yard with an area size of ~14sqm. We had done as much weeding as we can and now what we need done is for the space to be installed with artificial turf. We also notice that the grass that we weeded out has started to grow a little bit and this potentially will need to be weeded again. So the job that I'd like to get done is to: 1. remove the remaining grass that starts to grow again 2. install artificial turf. We don't have any of the supply for the turf so i'm happy to include the supplies as part of the cost.

We need some pet friendly turf installed professionally. We currently have some that is not dog friendly and doesn’t drain properly, making it unusable for us. Looking for someone to finish off our backyard clean up and landscape due to my husband’s back injury, he cannot complete and original air tasker has fallen through. We need the remaining dirt pile out the back, about 3-4 cubed metres wheelbarrowed to the front of the property about 30-40metres away. We’d then like turf laid where the dirt is, roughly about 35 square metres and about 20 square metres of rock to fill 2 pathways and small space under the pergola currently covered by dirt. We’ll pay for turf and rock separately but do need you to collect/deliver to the property. Preference is this is done on Tuesday 18th Nov and you can access property from 7:30am. We are preparing our house to put on the market and have a photographer booked in mid-September. Our existing grass has been worn out by our large dogs. We need the existing grass and topsoil removed, the soil prepared, and new turf laid so that it looks established and an amazing lawn for kids to play on for our open-for-inspections from the end of September. Allow for all waste to be removed from the property. The area is flat and is about 3 metres wide, and 12 metres long. Access is via a concrete driveway and then through a gate about 900mm wide (no steps). We will be keeping the dogs off the new grass until the auction day!

We have had some works done at the front yard underground and artificial turf was damaged. Need to flatten and the soil and re attach the turf. Also need to replace a piece of damaged turf from the back. It needs to match with existing as close as possible.
