A rental property needs pool filter running. There is no suction and requires servicing. Also need a pool compliance certificate once everything is running well. - Due date: Flexible

Tasks as follows: 1) Mow lawns 2) Trim and tidy edges (including along vege garden retainer wall as pictured). 3) Tidy kerb, concrete afterwards with blower 4) Clear weeds/grass out of front bark garden 5) Clippings/Weeds can be put inside our rubbish bin. 6) Remove the odd weeds growing in concrete cracks around property 7) You must have your own equipment. 8) You must be able to do asap. Need back lawn and garden clean up

Need front yard and backyard lawns mowed. Hedges must be trimmed neatly. All green rubbish to be taken as bins are full.
